We developed a playful and recognisable brand identity for a modern baby nappy company. A strong brand that provides reassurance, stands out from the crowd, and grows alongside its customers.

“Never out of diapers again” captures the convenience of Out of Diapers’ monthly subscription boxes. The boxes are smartly curated, delivered for free, and entirely focused on worry-free nappy changes. For this growing brand, we helped build a strong and playful identity.

We designed a bold, playful logo based on the abbreviation of the brand name. The result is a recognisable emblem that remains flexible in use and easy to animate. It is typographically strong and bursting with character.

We used lilac as the basis for the colour palette, supported by a fresh range of accent colours. Together, they create a playful and recognisable look. The brand name and slogan powerfully merge within the emblem. “Happy bums & more” captures the brand’s essence, which extends beyond nappies and into a complete universe of baby essentials.

We continued the cheerful colours and emblem across other applications such as stickers, while the slogan returns as a colourful pattern on the tissue paper. This creates a coherent brand experience down to the smallest details.

The copywriting is playful, clear, and accessible and the headlines instantly set the tone. For B2B communication, we translated the same playfulness into a clear and convincing pitch: Out of Diapers is the go-to destination for baby nappies and essentials. We take nappy duties out of the hands of daycare centres with our eco-design nappies, available from size 1 to 7. They are gentle on the planet and on babies’ bums. From ordering to delivery and waste collection, we make your nappies our duty.

We also communicated the waste story in an accessible way. Each step is clearly explained using custom illustrations and light, engaging copy, while staying true to the playful tone.

Playful elements
and animations

We brought the full branding together in a user-friendly online store, where we gave space to the playful elements and animations to bring the brand to life. Custom-made illustrations clarify processes and enhance the user experience. The app and configurator were also part of our strategic thinking, seamlessly merging usability and brand experience.

The photography was produced entirely in-house and features the founders’ child as model and our office as the setting.

These conscious choices reinforce the authenticity of the brand. The imagery brings playfulness and trustworthiness to life and we carefully aligned every detail, from the styling to the composition, with the visual identity.
